Flying Star Case Study!

Featured in the Feng Shui Network newsletter SACRED SPACE No.13, October 2001

Please let me share a few points of an audit with you that I have done a while back.
It still amazes me what results opening a window and moving a table can bring.

Location:

Facing of the house is 186°.

After taking the compass reading on two different days and talking with the occupants on three visits I have chosen to go with the normal star chart.

This is a middle Town house (Link-house) in Bangkok / Thailand. In front of the house is a small street running from west to east with the only exit to the east. Opposite of the house is another row of town houses in the same style. On the right corner is a power pole with wiring going from the east to the west. The back of the house has open land with a lot of grass and vegetation. In some distance, but not to be seen is also a small canal.

Construction dates:

Year of build: 1997 (2541); Period 7

December 1999: Moved in

Occupants:

Man: Ming Gua is 1
Woman: Ming Gua is 6

Both are accountants and work together from home in their own business.

Problems:

As of September 2000 (after living in the house for about 9 month) they faced a decline in business of about 30%. I also found out that some of their clients had trouble with the law. This was a result of their work. The IRS wasn't too happy of his fancy footwork as an accountant. They where also not able to secure a loan for this house. They had paid the down payment already and had to pay the rest shortly. The man especially felt tired and unmotivated while working. But fortunately their where no health problems.

The initial arrangement:

Ground floor before:Ground floor before

The house is used for work and for living! For that the Ground floor has been set up as an office. At the 826 area a waiting area for their clients was set up. The front door is blocked. The side entrance with ws8 is used instead.
The man had his working table in the 915 area facing one of his good directions as well as sitting in the corner to be able to monitor the whole room.

The Kitchen has been added at the back without windows to the back. Two skylights however provide light. The only door opening to the outside has the ws5.

In the 283 area the PCs are located. When working on the PCs they sat with their back to the front door.

First floor beforefirst floor before

In the first floor room B is the preying room. Plenty of metal Buddha statues are arranged on small tables close to the door. The window was always closed and covered. The area close to the bath was used as storage. The room door has been kept closed.

Room G was used as storage space as well. Boxes and closets were closing the window. The door was also kept close all the time.

The large room to the front is used as Master Bedroom. The bed is located in the 648 area with the headboard on the wall with the door.

Changes:

At first the doors and windows of room G have been kept open at all time. (Sure, they are closed when it is raining or when nobody is at home.)
By now they removed all the storage boxes in room G and set it up as a small living room. They also cleared up the Buddha roomGround floor after.

The workplace of the man (M) was moved to the 461 area. Also the woman is sitting closer to that area now. He is now facing a bad direction. However does the ts support the ws and his Ming Gua.

The waiting area for his customer was moved to the 915 area where also a salt water coin cure has been placed. Initially six coins had been placed into the saltwater. I have been told that they find sometimes only five but sometimes also seven coins in there. The neighbour kids borrow the coins from time to time to by sweets and it looks like they do not remember how many coins they had borrowed.

The PCs were moved so that the people using them will face the entrance door.

In addition does they play piano music in the 826 area during work.

They also placed a metal wind-chime in front of the door from the kitchen to the outside, but had to remove it again because it was interfering with the motion sensor of the neighbours house. Now it is hanging directly at the door and will chime a bit when the door is opened.

Results:

Within 3 days after opening the window and door of room G the bank approved the loan for the house. At the beginning of 2001 they told me that business is back to normal and that the trouble with the law is to 95% solved without any bad side effects. In March 2001 they also placed a bowl with water to purify the annual 5. The result was again an increase in business.

In December of 2000 however they asked me what I have done wrong with their Feng Shui. I am only happy that the question came with big grins on their faces. They had decided, after being together for almost 18 years, to get married in the beginning of 2001. And this, they did.
